Now that you understand our sincere desire to bring you only the very best magazines at the most economical prices, along with corporate services that are unbeatable, we’ve designed a system to make converting your subscriptions to GoldCoastService.com as easy as 1-2-3.

Step 1: Setting up your Account
  1. You’ll be given your custom URL, username and password
  2. Information (phone, fax and email) of your assigned account representative
  3. Payment option information
  4. How to order magazines not listed
  5. Complete and quick instructions on how to use your ordering system

Step 2: Your First Corporate Magazines Orders
Now that your account has been setup and you’ve received your instructions. Place your first magazine order through your new online URL by filling out an ordering form. Remember, you can get special purpose pricing on subscriptions for public libraries, school libraries, correctional facilities, prisons and businesses (like reception areas and waiting rooms). Once an order or renewal has been placed through the GoldCoastService.com system, you will receive an email confirmation for your files.

Step 3: Multiple Renewals
There are two options when renewing a group of magazine subscriptions at the same time.
  1. Mail all received renewal notices in an envelope to your GoldCoastService.com account representative so we can decipher which subscriptions need renewing.
  2. Create a list of magazines on your computer with the names of the magazines to be renewed with the subscriber’s name and complete address, plus, how many years you want the magazine to be renewed for. Once we receive your list, we will generate an invoice based on your renewal request for your approval and payment.
